Buoy Character 0.6 x 5.4 – a 6 second flash every minute. Buoy weight: 8.5 tons with the six gas bottles, 7 tonnes without bottles. The Irish Lights vessel GRANUAILE is fitted with buoy lifting gear and moves constantly around the coast checking all the buoys.
